Unreliable Insurance Do Not Join

I highly recommend that you DO NOT cover your motor vehicle with PMD. I have been with the insurer for approximately 4 (four) years and processed my claim end of June 2023. We are now in August 2023 and I haven’t been receiving communication from them for weeks!!! The only time I receive communication is when I call them, even when I call I am sent from pillar to post, I am even given false information. I have sent several email to the complaint department but never receive a response! When I follow up with my queries or complaints to escalate I al told by their rude and dismissive consultants that those are the only email addresses I can send complaints to. When I ask for their managers email addresses they are unable to provide same. The experience with them has been draining for weeks now as no one is attending to my claim or has responses for me but I have been paying my premiums for years without fail. Clearly PMD does not care about their long-standing clients. I told one of the so called supervisors Taylor how frustrated I am, she basically did not care. What kind of supervisors is PMD training??? Unreliable and *************.
