unprofessional insurer
<p> i was involved in an accident in december last year even today i dont have my car,am paying for something i can not see.my insurer doesnt wanna agree with the panel beater that my car is a write off.they want my car to be fixed using second hand parts.what kind of unsurence is this.i thing this one is heading towards court ruling.i failed to resolve this matter.this insurence is useless.one year without a solution</p>

This is particularly troubling as we pride ourselves on the many commendations we receive regarding our efficient claims process.
Due to the substantial discrepancy in the repair costs between the Insurer’s initial assessment report and the quotation subsequently submitted by you, the insurer has, in order to ensure the accuracy of the repair costs of your damaged vehicle, requested an independent assessor to review this information. We currently await the independent assessor’s report.
As stated above, the matter is currently being dealt with internally and should be promptly resolved. However, you have simultaneously referred the matter to the Office of the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance. Under these circumstances, we will attempt to resolve your enquiry ourselves in the usual course. If unable to do so promptly, we may be obliged to await the findings of the Ombudsman which we shall of course respect, but which will likely take some more time.
We assure you of our best endeavours to resolve this matter promptly.

i am just paying my monthly car instalments for nithing,this prime meridian is a joke.i thought i was paying less with this insurence but now i understand why because the service is also less.i wonder how much the insurer has spend with this many assessments that they did already.i will forever regret my decision to join this useless insurence.this insurence is a joke.
