Unprofessional
I hit a dog with my car by accident in January 2016 and my insurance company still has not paid. They keep asking me for documents which I send and they keep asking for the same documents over and over again. They asked me to fill in a claims form soon after I reported the accident and have requested for a report of tracker for my location, an affidavit permiting them to go through my phone's gps location but still a month later, they have not paid or fixed my car. This is very frustrating as I pay my insurance every month but when I then claim my claims are not paid out.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concern to our attention.
As you are aware, the circumstances which led to your loss were most unusual indeed. Accordingly there was no third party or independent witness to confirm the events which led to your loss.
You are correct in that the documents we requested from you will be used to confirm the circumstances which led to your loss which we would be unable to determine otherwise. It seems that due to a minor oversight your documents were incomplete when we received them back from you.
Nonetheless we have now received the completed information and your allocated claims technician will continue to work closely with you in finalising the investigation of your claim.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
