Unhelpful representative Vuyiswa

Hi on Saturday night I had an situation where my tyre burst and I called in for assistance. The lady who picked up was Vuyiswa unfortunately I did not get her surname but she was the most disinterested and rudest agent I spoke too. Without taking my details she just told me I don't have this service and hung up on me. I called again and the guy I spoke to was wonderful. Tumelo quickly took down my details and gave me first class assistance. I had to hang up and call again but when I did I got through to Vuyiswa again and she pretended not to hear me and again hung up on me. Now this is all happening at night, I am a female driving alone on the side of the road with this messed up tire and she gives me that kind of service. I am not happy at all with her quality of services and unwillingness to do her job, not help me but simply just do her job. I would like feedback regarding this matter.
