Unhappy with PMD

They approved my claim after 5 weeks. By then I had already started saving to fix my car and the 3rd party vehicle plans were in motion. When they approved my claim I had already started - now that I’ve fixed both cars they are delaying with refunding me, When ever you call the managers are always in a meeting none of the managers or team leaders are ever available to speak to me, not to mention the empty promises I always get promised to obtain feedback and call me back nothing ,
