Unhappy with insurance s service
<p>Dear administration </p> <p>I was involved in a car accident 3rd week of February till to date the insurance has not resolved the issue they have not declined or approached it, all they keep on telling me is that they are waiting for for investigation to complete that was in March 2016 when they said that other reasons they would give me is that they are waiting for final decision. It's almost 7 months </p> <p> </p> <p>Name of the insurance is prime meridian direct </p> <p> </p> <p>Please kindly assist me with this regard</p>
