Unhappy client

Good day

On the 30th of June 2022 I got involved in an accident with 3 other cars even on this day my claim has not been attended to, my car has not been fixed. I get the same response every day that they are waiting for Accident Report from SAPS. Luckily I know some one from a deferent station who called that station (Waterval Boven SAPS) and they told me that the report has been submitted to Middleburg Traffic Department. I personally called them to give my insurance the AR. I am still waiting for PMD to get all that yet they promised me that they will help me with my claim within 15 day from the day of claim, now its 27 day and yet all their consultant and their supervisors are giving me different answers everyday i call them about my claim. This guys are taking me for a fool, I will never recommend PMD for any one in this country. The whole month I am driving with a bumped car on the right door, there is air coming in and it is cold, when it rains water comes in on the door and i have been telling them for 27 days.
