Unhappy and hurt

Good day, I write this review with a broken heart.

November the 13th 2023 at 4:40am in the morning, I had a head-on collision with some car and fortunately I managed to get out of the bakkie I was driving unhurt.

I immediately called PMD and the police, then I asked people who were on the scene to help lift up the other vehicle because it fell on its side after the collision.

The police came,the ambulance and the towing trucks.

My bakkie was towed to Go bid auction which was close by.

I logged a claim on the 14th of November 23 and I kept following up by means of phone calls approximately 3 times a week.

I was told the matter is still being investigated, I submitted all the necessary documents; AR,Photos I even collected the AR myself.

December the 14th 23, I got a call notifying me that the claim is rejected because I crossed a visible barrier line.

The other vehicle crossed the line and bumped me.

The uncle of the guy called and told me the guy was drunk driving from a party.

Fast forward, I escalated the matter to their market conduct department which took them 3 weeks to respond.i kept following up as well by means of calls and emails.

Today I am told that the outcome is still the same because there was an expert appointed to investigate and the expert met a bystander who showed him where the cars landed after the collision.

Then the conclusion was drawn from there that I crossed the line.

The drawing and the picture aren't the same...I won't rest till I write to all media platforms.
