Unfair treatment an very arrogant people who don't give a **** to us clients
On 31 October 2023 My vehicle was ****** from. South Gate Mall i then with immediately effect Called my Tracker to assist, I Then after there i phoned this cruels/Mnsters so called PMD insure for some guidance. I then went to Mondeor Police station to open a case of Theft. Cool i got there an explained everything On "CSC" Dest Cool then i drove home Guess the next day i sent everything that was expected of me A1 statement an Keys Straight to the Ponit its took this ****mers PMD a very long time to get to a conclusion Of What Transfered i was on their neck everyday phoning only on the 2nd of December i was told Lazy Answers that i mispresented the facts. My tracker bear in mind i allowed PMD to do a conference call of which at the back my mind i was allowing the process to be helped Wow little did i know i was gonna be ripped of with a bad attitude been told i wont be assisted at last minutes 2. Secondly they said the vehicle wasn't locked 3.the vehicle was taken by someone i know what a delusion To this day am still paying my vehicle monthly premium I made a vow that I'll fight with everything i have as this incident took a lot from me My health an Finance that it has cost to me an my loved once. I cant even visit my granny who's far from i just hope an pray to be reimburse an life goes on emotional physical its has took a lot from me hope to be assiste

Thank you for responding after a couple of days... Like you always do.
From day one when I made this claim, I was the one sending emails, and doing follow-ups and you would NOT respond "as efficiently" as you proclaim your selves to be.
This is the same condescending response I have received from your offices from day one when I made my claim to you. Claim number: CL***.
I hope all of this is worth your while because if you do not resolve my matter by the end of April 2024 you will be famous on X. I wont let this matter go without a fight am gonna fight with everything i have you too so long an made me a stupid am not let you go, we will meet on the streets of X soon should this matter be not resolved promise you PMD ****mers you mess with the wrong one here.
