UNFAIR INCREASE

PMD will play with your emotions honestly.

PMD has just decided to increased my premium by over R100 without any explanation as to why they increase. They just sent an SMS on 8/12/2023 and that was all. I was actually waiting for email that will give all the details but nothing.

While I thought they will decrease the premium, no they increase for the next 24 months🤣.

I will give them 48 hours to provide an explanation as to why they increase the premium, in the meantime I will be shopping around for better premiums.

I have been committed to them since 2020 July. So maybe they no longer need my money.

I hope to get explanation.

Please in future, let us be transparent in terms of communication. It is only now clear that you are increasing because I have claimed. But the SMS was not saying anything.
