UNDER REVIEW???
Had an accident on 30 June 2015 at abt 18:10, took pictures, tried calling the 24hr no to be met with, \call during office hours""; and i expected at least the decision will be made by now so that in September repairs can be made. But still NO decision yet. My claim is in REVIEW; whatever that means. I am greatly inconvenienced by my lack of transport. My premiums are always on time and are paid up; got 3 products with the company (3rd one recently taken); with this amount of time taken for a decision to be made;I am seriously doubting adding another of their product. """
