Unacceptable service regarding claim

I have never felt like an insurance company is doing me a favor like PMD , I feel like I am not a paying client. I was in an accident on the 17th August 2022 and up until today a month later my car has not even started with repairs . They approved the claim two week after the accident then a week later said they will repair and I was even surprised that was not a write off but I accepted .

Time went by and the car was towed to George where it was going to be fixed and I stay in Cape Town . I called the place fixing the car and to my shock they told me they send a quote to the insurance of 40 parts and the insurance approved up to nothing of those parts .

Now when I think about this if I did not call the place I would never know and I was going to take the car and later it starts giving me problems . I was so frustrated and very hurt that the insurance I trusted was treating me like this .

I no longer trust the process and how that car will be fixed , I want that car written off , I would rather start paying for another car than taking a car that will give me problems . There is nothing else I want from them but to write off that car.

I even consulted my lawyers with this now because I believe I have not been treated fairly . This is the last chance PMD to settle this today or my lawyers will be in contact with them . This is unacceptable .
