unacceptable service

<p>Almost 3 months ago (22 September 2016) my father was in a car accident which was no fault of his which left his car being a write-off.Till this day we have cooperated with your staff to provide them with all the documentation required.My father has been interrogated multiple times giving no regard of the trauma he has experienced during the car accident.He was provided with no courtesy car assistance and now almost 3 months later we are still waiting for your insurance company to pay out.</p>
