turnaround time to claim finalization is appalling

Big up to Lineo Rangoanana. She understands loss and trauma.. she honors all her promises, she is empathetic, and informative. Keep up the good work. You are probably the only reason why customers will stay with PMD, because when selling policies, PMD staff is all amazing, but come claim time..... They treat you like you are bothering them, like you went out of your way to crash so that you could sponge off them... they are impatient and not a pleasure,,,,,, then comes Lineo and changes that........ once again.
