Towing my car to their storage, then asked me to collect it while is not running?

My car was Towed by the insurance into their storage on the 9th of November (because it was not drivable). They sent me a rejection email on the 24th of November. Then I requested my car to be delivered at my place, but was never done. I made a numerous follow up on when are they going to deliver my car so that I can fix it, they called my wife in January ask her to go collect it while they know it's not drivable. Even today my car is still not delivered.
