Too long on hold
I have been on hold for the 3rd party claims department of Prime Merian Insurance and I was instructed that most of the consultants are on lunch. I feel as a call centre its very unprofessional that I as a victim of an accident cannot get the proper service I deserve and have to be on hold so long. I also got through on Wednesday but the consultant that helped me never sent me the information she promised.
