I've been trying to call prime to change policy infor since July 22nd. And had alot of failed attempts n poor service from three other personalities. This girl went out of her way to help me on Friday. Today is Monday I was supprised that she even had called me on Monday for a follow up call. And her professionalism ranked 10/10 she was so good at her skills and organized all our info. Helped with mum n dad's policy so efficiently. For the first time someone who actually knew their job.
