To my horror I had a flat tyre at home on a recent public holiday. I called Prime South Africa and within 20 minutes or slightly less I had a technician to the rescue. He couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful, and competent. I was ready to go within 30 minutes...that is what I call service... thank you Prime SA...
