Tire and Rim claim
My experience with Prime in handling claims has been disappointing. I submitted a claim on 09 February 2026 for tires and rims, providing all required documentation within two days. However, as of today, when I inquire about the status, I am simply informed that it is pending review by the decision-makers.

19 Feb 2026, 13:43I submitted my tyre and rim claim on 09 February 2026 and provided all required documents within two days. After following up for days on 18 February 2026, I was informed that the claim had been approved and was sent a Contribution Notification to client - Windscreen (Comprehensive), which is wrong because my claim is for Tyre and Rim. I called on 18 February 2026 to inform them that the document they sent was wrong, and I was told they would correct it and send the right one, they didn’t I called on 19 February 2026 and was advised that the correct document would be sent within 24–48 hours, after which payment would still take another 24–48 hours once signed and returned.
