They want to rob me
I'm a paying client and after a accident my car was slightly damaged and now PMd wants to write it off and Rob me. I want my damaged car back and I will fix it myself but they still do not want to return my car back.... It's my car and I want it back with already a small portion to assist me to fix the car because the damage is minimal

Thank you for your post.
At PMD we take great pride in ensuring that our clients are well informed and go to great lengths to ensure clients understand their policies and how their cover works.
Our dedicated Assessing Team makes every effort to ensure that all vehicle assessments are accurate and reasonable based on the accident damage. A review of your claim confirms that it was approved for the retail value of your vehicle.
Our internal Market Conduct Department will contact you to provide you with comprehensive feedback regarding your matter.
We are pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with PMD the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period of time.
Assuring you of our best continued endeavours on your behalf.
Kind Regards,
The PMD Team
