THEY SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST WITH THE WORST SERVICE
I took out insurance with prime meridian that indicated on my policy that dents n scuffs were covered but wen it actualli happend to my car they realialised that they messed up n I was not reali coverd so I took the matter rther and they said they would sort it out I droround with my petrol keep callin after them getting quotes n all for them to cover a **** amount of R1500 dat does mearly cover the damages done 2 my car SHAME ON THEM

As carefully explained to you at the time of purchase, the Prime MotorASSIST lite policy provides nationwide roadside assistance only and not dent and scratch protection. Dent & scratch cover is include in our standard Prime MotorASSIST offering.
Nonetheless, as a demonstration of our good faith and as compensation for our error, we agreed to admit your dent & scratch claim for evaluation despite the fact that you did not have this benefit. Unfortunately, given the extent of the damage to your vehicle it did not qualify as a minor dent / scratch. Damage of this nature cannot be repaired using a paintless dent removal process etc. as required by the policy.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
