They ripped me off
I'm on PMD car insurance for 4 and 1/2 years, my contract includes courtesy car, towing, 3rd party and write off. I was involded in an accident on 3rd of September 2015. They towed my car to their storage, they took 7 days to asses my car, after they send me an SMS saying I must collect my car unfixed from the storage to avoid storage cost. Without it being fixed, I had to pay R2500 for storage and towing of which I pay monthly for. They never gave me a courtesy car, when I called they transfer me to different consultant. They said I must take the car and keep it till further notice.
