They must improve in their turn around and stop giving people false information
I am frustrated and depressed by this insurance co. I was in an accident on the 25 of March. I submitted the claim on the 29 of March with all the document required. they responded the following day and they told me that the car is a write off and they working on the claim. I waited and on the 11 of April until today i keep on phoning and they keep on promising to finalized the claim. i am so frustrated, they said their turn around time is 15 working days, i don't know why are they giving false information. i even told them that i work in Pietermaritzburg and i stay at Umbumbulu where they is no public transport i am struggling to come to work they did not bother. if you phone them they promise to come back to you and they did not phone you back or sms. I real need help cause i do not know what to do who to speak with as log a complain with they legal Dept and they did not help me until today.

I am tried of story you keep on telling me. your company does't worry even if you complain or frustrated. I can't even concentrate at work and also at home. I always think about this.
