They lie
Not long ago I rated you a five for service not knowing when I need you the most ill see flames. Firstly I want the first call when I firstly joined the consultant said my premium will not increase if I don't claim it still went up I ignored. Now I am claiming gave all pictures,place and reference but you are telling me I must pay R11200 access while my policy doc says my access is R4500 you will pay me all my premiums for selling me a lie and compensate me. Yeeeeeer
