They don't want to pay for the repairs of my car

Good day<br> <br> In 2014 i bought a brand new Ford Fiesta, and took insurance with Prime Meridian Direct. In their requirements to be insured and to be able to debit the instalment i must send the photo's of the car which i did and i was covered and they debited my account every month, up until 2015 April when i had an accident they came and access the car and said it was a wright off. When it was time to pay they refused saying i did not send them the photos. what can i do now because i'm paying the bank and the repairs on my car.<br> <br> Can you please help me .<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Tembeka Sentwa
