21 Jul 2025, 11:31Hello Lucky E,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We understand how frustrating delays in the repair process can be. At Prime SA, we remain committed to ensuring that every client receives the quality service they deserve, and we value your trust in us.
Part delays can occur when parts are unavailable from suppliers due to production delays or supply chain disruptions. These challenges can extend repair timelines, but we work closely with our repair partners to minimise delays and keep the process moving.
A review of your claim shows that the parts previously on backorder have now arrived, and the repair process is underway. Additional unseen parts required for the repairs have been ordered and are expected to arrive by 24 July 2025.
Our Market Conduct Department will also contact you to provide updates and assistance. Prime SA partners with trusted repairers to ensure all repairs meet the highest standards, giving you peace of mind that your vehicle will be restored to its best condition.
Assuring you of our continued best efforts.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
