They are very understanding
They are very understanding . Willing to assist in any way possible. I was involved in an accident (first one I've ever been in) and I have been calling the call centre non stop asking about the procedure , any updates and not once did I receive attitude. questions I asked some took explaining it more than once until I understood, Really helped me a lot . Thanks PMD🤗
