They are refusing to change my debit order date and forces to debit on the date I do no have money.

A disaster in managing the monthly premium payment.

It has been almost a year now since I have been advising PMD insurance that my salary date have changed to the 15th of every month instead of the 31st/30th as before.

PMD continued to try debiting the money on the 31st regardless of my countless efforts to tell them to change the date.

When I called their not so useful consultants, they told me that they cannot change my payment date to the 15th because that is not the date I selected when I took the insurance. I mean really?...

The disappointing part is that when they force debiting on the 31st/30th the payment always bounces (And I have to be charged by the bank for that). Shockingly, they will send me an sms telling me that my debit order have bounced and they will reschedule for the 15th. Can you imagine, they reschedule a bounced debit order to the date that I have been asking for, but they cannot set that date at a go. How is that a business sense?.

So now I am actually paying more than my premium because the consultants do not want to change my debit order date and they force to debit on the date I do not have money. My salary date have changed, and I advised so many times by calling, they tell me it cannot be changed, but after the debit order bounced, they set that date. I am soo disappointed. The bank is always charging me extra for a bounced debit order guys. I have never missed a monthly premium but how my account is being handled, I am really not happy with it.

How I love their handling of claims. That one I clap for them, but other administrative duties I give up.

My instruction is simple "Change my debit order date from the 30th/31st to the 15th". That is when I will be having my salary.

Please fix this. I no longer need any calls but only this to be fixed since with me calling, it can not happen.
