They are extremely slow with their claims process. Took them a week to inform me my claim was approved and after that I was told that I have to pay DOUBLE my premium. I do not recommend joining Prime. It's truly horrible to still deal with such an insurance after being in a car accident. I am still waiting for them to let me know when my vehicle will be collected for repairs. They give you no reassurance and inconvenience me as I use my vehicle to go to work. The worst part is that they offered me a once off 20percent discount on my premium for the inconvenience of them being so slow. I'm not planning to stay with them and will advise everyone to not join. Imagine paying double your premium... I am disgusted with this company. They make a bad experience you went through even worse.
