These guys will show you flames when you're in an accident

I had an accident ,a very small one. It's been 4 weeks now , the repairer is awaiting prime meridian to approve a quotation to a claim that was approved 4 weeks ago. It's sad too see all these people giving good reviews based on them signing an insurance policy. I've had a friend with a write-off, in 3 weeks he already had a new car. PMD takes 4 weeks to approve a quotation to a repair which almost amounts to 25k. PMD is the biggest mistake of my life.
