THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

It is very sad to have have an insurance for your car and then when insurer has to do their part they take you from pillar to post and even make you pay for an car that they written off. it is the duty of the insurance to alrlet the bank that the car is a write off an stop the payment until claim is settled. but PMD put me through difficult moments by making me pay for a car i did not have for two months. since june the insurance has not resolved my quiry. only today when i callled i was transfered to legal and advised that they will fastrack its finalisation. why must we go through all this while they take our money monthly. they even removed my first review of thier service because its unprofessional and unacceptable to clients. i still repeat stay away from PMD guys if you want to avoid problems in future.
