The worst Roadside assistance

On the 21st of May at around 22:00 we called to log a claim for roadside assistance as we got stuck with petrol 8km before a petrol station. A lady by the name of Cristelle took the call and promises to call back, 20 mins later, no call so we call back, only to find that she did not register the claim, we then speak to a guy named John who registered the claim and said he would look for a service provider to come assist, he call to say a Tshepo is coming to assist, only to call about an hour later to say he is no longer coming. Only to get a call around 01:00 from Moeketsi to say a service provider is on the way. How do i wait 3hhours on the side of a national road waiting for a service that is said to be 24hrs?
