The Worst PMD service experience ever

Been waiting for three weeks for my car parts to be delivered at a panelbeater chosen by Prime S.A. Only two parts of the 9 were delivered just over a week ago. One would wonder where are they sourcing these parts from if they get delivered two per week. All this information I gather by myself and no one makes a follow up, I am the one who has to call and try find out about the progress. This accident was reported on the 23rd December 2025. It is February 2026 I am still waiting.

Hello Paulus S,

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays and to feel the need to follow up on progress yourself.

At Prime SA, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring fair outcomes for all our clients, and we value your feedback as it helps us improve.

While we aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, factors like parts availability and supplier turnaround times can sometimes extend the process. During the festive season, many service providers also close or operate with reduced capacity, which adds to these delays. Unfortunately, these external factors aren’t within our control.

After reviewing your matter, we are pleased to inform you that the repairer has confirmed all the required parts have now been delivered. The estimated completion date for your vehicle’s repairs is 13 February 2026.

Our internal complaints team will further contact you to assist and provide detailed feedback.

It should be comforting to know that our nationwide panel of SAMBRA-approved repairers ensure that cars receive high-quality repairs and service.

Committed to resolving your concern with care.

Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
