The worst insurance Ever
The worst insurance ever.i was promised the world but given a raw deal .I will never ever recommend these people to anyone else.i had an accident and am supposed to get assistance, they will spend more time looking for one mistake to reject the claim. On top of that they cost you more because you have to pay for a storage, I told of R5000 for storage, my car is written off the insurance cant help at all not what should I do with written off car? I joined this insurance because I will need them in time of crisis but...

Insurance policies are designed to assist within the scope of the agreed terms. We aim to ensure transparency by clearly outlining these terms in the policy documentation provided at the inception of cover. We, unfortunately, cannot provide cover where a claim falls outside of the ambit of cover.
Release fees are standard charges incurred when a claim is not approved.
