The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. All my queries are always attended to very quickly and it was the least painful claims process ever. I never once had to ask for feedback on my claim, they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the callback option on the app when you need to speak to a consultant, you never have to wait on hold for hours.
