THE SERVICE IS APPALLING TO SAY THE LEAST

I FEEL LET DOWN, A STROKE OF BAD LUCK INDEED..TALK ABOUT MISFORTUNE!!!

I have read reviews about PMD, terrible ones!! but from what their representative told me I actually thought they improved .. and then this right here "We wish to assure you that client service is of paramount importance to us. As such, we have processes in place to ensure that our policyholders are provided with regular updates until the finalization of their claims." Is a lie. I fought so many times begging for a call back or an update on my claim but still nothing they take their sweet time.

Here is my story: I drive a Range Rover Evoque which was bumped on the front bumper over a month ago and submitted a claim that was approved for a very small amount 3k to be exact and when the assessors at the panel beater resubmitted the correct amount it was declined a number of times on something that clearly shows it is related to the bumper. I asked for the assessing team to contact me so they can explain but no one does, to make it worse they only look at pictures and do no assessment themselves but rely on the assessment given by panel beaters yet they decline. For Instance the grille, fender liner and wheel arch are all directly attached to the front bumper. These got damaged during the impact including the sensors on the bumper. They are basically refusing to pay for my car!! the amount approved is an insult. What is the point of paying for insurance if this is how you are treated?? I am receiving no help what so ever while my car is stuck at the panel beaters I dnt know what else to do, I found myself crying. I can't believe this is happening to me. Please stay away from PMD if you know what's good for you!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED! dnt make the same mistake I made
