The response is always within the stipulated time
The response is always within the stipulated time. I was told that it's gonna take between one and two days for them to get back to me but it's hardly a day and they contacted me. The consultant was highly professional and very polite in answering the questions that I needed clarity on. Indeed this is the insurance that I want to have for my whole life or for as long as I own this car.
