The lady who assisted me was friendly and straight to the point
The lady who assisted me was friendly and straight to the point. Didn't require alot of unnecessary information before I could be assisted, however the service can still be improved by not having to wait for a call back when having to enquire about some services but rather be able to call PMD on their customer line
