The consultant who was helping me which is Boitumelo helped me very well and she answered all my questions
The consultant who was helping me which is Boitumelo helped me very well and she answered all my questions. It just that am disappointed in the company, early January I was told that my car is with parnell bitter here in Vryheid and they are repairing it....only to find out today that the car is not here and is still in Newcastle. Which mean I was deceived by the person from Pmd company.

At PMD we pride ourselves in paying out all valid claims are pleased to confirm that your claim was approved.

As per our claims process, all vehicles are taken to repairers closest to where the vehicle is stored after an incident has occurred. A review of your claim shows that your vehicle was towed to a storage yard in Newcastle for safekeeping and a reputable SAMBRA- approved repairer in Newcastle was selected to repair your vehicle thereafter.
Kindly note that our Market Conduct Team will send a detailed correspondence explaining the above process and provide further assistance in the above regard.
