The Call Center is easy to reach and the consultants are always professional, friendly and efficient
The Call Center is easy to reach and the consultants are always professional, friendly and efficient. They always willingly provide me with information, clarity and they amend my policy as and when I need to. I have no complaints so far with the service I have received from Prime. However, I have never claimed. I can only hope that the service will remain good even if I need to claim someday.
