The call center assistant was very kind, friendly and helpful, it was absolutely amazing to get this level of professionalism with full explanation of cover and add ons. The information was very thorough and I'm super impressed with the service received. Keep up the great work and I hope the assistant is able to read this review cos she needs to know what an impact she has made on Prime client
