The bad slow service from PMD
It is funny how I 1st rated them 4stars, the 1st 2days of the claim seemed quick but as I sit in my home now it has been 27days since my cars accident, still the claim has not been paid, the ask for missing documents 1by 1 every week. I have had to make transport arrangements without knowing exactly when my claim will be paid, matters worse I call them almost daily for updates. And Iam definitely pulling my next 2nd car out from them. I'm still waiting for them to tell me or rather delay another week, they so unprofessional and stressful.

Thank you for your post.
We value all feedback as we continuously strive to improve our services.
As you are aware, in order to make payment on approved claims, we require certain documentation to be in place. This is standard industry practice to ensure no parties are prejudiced in the payment of claims.
We are pleased to note that we were able to appoint an external service provider to retrieve the documents in order to limit any inconvenience to you. Upon receipt, payment was handed to finance and should reflect shortly thereafter.
It will undoubtedly please you to know that PMD offers 15 or 30 day car hire options for those unforeseeable incidents when you are rendered immobile.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
