The agent Tshireletso Dukwe was very audible, nice to converse to regarding my cover and she is also willing to educate clients furether regarding their policies
The agent Tshireletso Dukwe was very audible, nice to converse to regarding my cover and she is also willing to educate clients furether regarding their policies. She was well trained for the call center agent. Her voice is not hush but soft and articulate
