The agent assisting was very friendly and polite
The agent assisting was very friendly and polite. You can just tell from the tone of her voice and choice of words. She was able to assist with what I needed in less than 3 minutes. Even with the agent that enrolled me to the insurance company had the same feel. I am happy. Very helpful.
