The advisor/ consultant/ call center agent that assisted me was awesome
The advisor/ consultant/ call center agent that assisted me was awesome. She was effortlessly efficient. Even though the line wasn't very clear she didn't make no excuse and assisted me flawlessly. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I regret that I have forgotten her name, however she is an asset to the business my positive experience today is all because of her.
