The 3star goes to the staff member who helped me. He went all out to assist. His name is Nkanyezi. I did minus2stars because the PMD system is ridiculous. I couldn’t finalise my car collection because they are not working during the weekend. My policy was still pending because the pictures were not approved on the app. Confirmation of cover was need by the dealer and I couldn’t get anyone to assist me. I could not even cancel the picture and replace with another one
