Thank You Note – Excellent Service It truly felt like I was talking to my sister. I was completely at ease, asking many questions, and every one of them was answered calmly, clearly, and professionally. At one stage, I even felt guilty for asking so much, but she remained patient and reassuring, putting all my concerns to rest. I would rate her service 20 out of 10. Even when the line was unexpectedly cut after I had already asked several questions, she called me back with the same calm and friendly attitude.
