Thank you for your efficient and friendly service! They called me back on Monday morning after logging a call request over the weekend. All the agents ive ever spoken to are always very friendly and helpful. Their products are also awesome even though they're a bit different from the usual which for me is a relief. From the reducing excess to the fixed premiums, you can see they're trying to help us out to get the best deal.
