Terrible service Prime SA
What a terrible experience with Prime SA, I submitted a claim on the 26th of May and 15 working days later my claim is not sorted I have been very patient and calling them everyday and they keep telling me the claim is under review, and assessor was appointed a week ago to go and assess the accident scene, but still there is no feedback
David who is handling my case says he “thinks” the assessment is done but he hasn’t received the report, how do you tell a client that you think the assessment is done?? Whose responsibility is it to follow up?
I am so angry, the panelbeater told me he stripped my car because they needed a quote, so basically my car stripped and collecting dust at a panel beater.. but i have been paying prime SA premiums without fail
I’m so disappointed in you, you need to do better!!!!
After everything I was then given a rental car for 30 days which I need to return tomorrow the 24th , estimated time to fix my car has now moved to the 1st of August meaning that I still won’t have a car to go to and from work for the whole week, I requested an extension on the rental and they declined the request saying the delay is not on their side.. so whose fault is it? This is the panel shop that THEY work with, they were not chosen by me, so now I have to suffer again because of their delay.. PMD has messed up my mental health and I’m honestly exhausted… use them at your own risk
