Terrible experience

I have a problem with Prime South Africa, they said my car is a write off via digital assessment and they are waiting for a final decision on validation of claims.... it's almost crippling experience because I have to know where I'm standing because I have joined for in case of body repairs in accident and they keep delaying me, cause one consultation said they're going to call me for a final decision till today and they don't check up on the claimant, you must follow them countless times to be disappointed
